Dancer, rapper, producer, ghostwriter, and actor, Ab Del Castro The Funky Dictateur has built a career spanning France, Senegal, and Quebec since 1987. After starting out as a dancer with the collective THE FULL FORCE, then performing with landmark French Hip Hop groups (77 Trouble Mc's, TOO LEUST), he founded his own label, Divine Style Music, in 2009. A writer, a natural showman, and a lover of French wordplay, he delivers direct, popular rap that balances self-deprecation with social engagement — always aiming to make music that "sounds good and means something."
